2015–2016
In keeping with our War
theme, I felt it was important to look at others who helped in the war effort,
and Home Fires, which followed a group of inspirational women in a rural
Cheshire community in WWII seemed fitting. Written by Simon Block, Home Fires ran
from 2015 – 2016 and starred Samantha Bond, Daniel Ryan and Claire Rushbrook.
As ever, we’ve done the
research so that you don’t have to.
