Louise Delamere appeared in Series 1 of Torchwood’s Out of Time episode as pilot, Diane Holmes.
Bonnie Langford is no stranger to television and appeared as the Sixth & Seventh Doctor’s companion Melanie Bush.  A computer programmer with a photographic memory.
Roy Herrick was a British actor who appeared in episodes of Doctor Who in the Classic era, who sadly died on 11th October 1988.
Daniel Sobieray is an actor and model who kindly allows us to use his image for our character Mitchell.

On this day in 1966, the film version Daleks’ Invasion Earth 2150 A.D. was broadcast, starring Peter Cushing as the human version of the Doctor, aptly titled Doctor Who.  Following in line with the serial with a few deviations, the blue box arrives in the future to the year 2150A.D. where Daleks have invaded Earth.  It featured Bernard Cribbins as Tom Campbell, Roberta Tovey as Susan, Jill Curzon as Louise, Ray Brooks as David and Philip Madoc as Brockley.
It was written by Milton Subotsky and directed by Gordon Flemying.

Other people celebrating today are: Danny Glover, Willem Dafoe, Rhys Ifans & Terence Stamp.
