Well here we go again, it's time for the next edition of Project: Torchwood that is about the episode called Greeks Bearing Gifts which is made by Toby Whithouse.  This episode focuses on Toshiko and is based around Cardiff.  So please enjoy reading this. 

Toshiko's Flat - Windsor Esplanade, CF10

Tosh's flat is located in Windsor Esplanade, which is not too far from the many locations within Cardiff Bay and is easily accessible on public transport.  Tosh's street is also the location Mary is waiting outside on the wall.  We are unaware of the exact location on the street but please remember that people do live in these properties.  (JUST A WARNING, NONE OF THE HOUSES HAVE A RED DOOR).

How to get to Windsor Esplanade - From the Wales Millennium Centre

• Head southwest on Bute PI/A470 Continue to follow Bute Place
• Turn left onto New George St
• Continue onto Stuart St
• Turn left towards Dudley St
• Turn right towards Dudley St
• Continue straight onto Dudley St
• Continue straight onto Windsor Terrace
• Windsor Terrace turns right and becomes Windsor Esplanade

Fat Cats Cafe Bar, Greyfriars Road, Cardiff, CF10 3AD

Tosh met the alien Mary in a bar in the centre of Cardiff called Fat Cats Cafe Bar.  Fat Cats closed in March this year but you can still stand outside the location.

How to get to Fat Cats walking from Cardiff Bus Station

• Turn left towards Wood St
• Turn right onto Wood St
• Turn left onto St. Mary St
• Turn right onto Wharton St
• Turn left at Victoria Pl
• Turn right toward Working St
• Turn left onto Working St
• Turn right onto Queen's Arcade
• Turn left to stay on Queen's Arcade
• Turn right towards Crockherbtown Ln
• Fat Cats is on your right just past the multi-storey car park. 

Millennium Walk, Central Cardiff

This is a location used in the scene after Mary reveals herself as an alien to Tosh.  This iconic landmark is within 2 seconds walk from Cardiff Bus Station and runs along the side of the Millennium Stadium.

How to get to Millennium Walk

• Walk out of the Bus Station onto Wood Street
• Head left and walk towards the River Taff with the Millennium Centre on your left
• Just as you come to the bridge turn right
• Walk onto the Walkway alongside the stadium

Queen Street, Central Cardiff

Various parts of Queen Street are used for various scenes in Torchwood.  So instead of rewriting, I will just copy and paste the following instructions.

How to get to Queen Street, Cardiff

• Turn right outside the station and walk towards the Sleeperz Hotel and the Great Western Pub
• Turn left onto St Mary's Street and walk all the way to the top and you will be standing in front of Cardiff Castle
• Turn right and walk past Forbidden Planet and Burger King until you come onto Queen Street
• Keep walking along Queen Street until you see the Capitol Shopping Centre on your right.

City Hall, Central Cardiff. 

City Hall is used for the scene where Jack is stood on top of a white building.  This is located in Cathays Park that is not too far from Queen Street.  Here is a website for some information of the City Hall. www.cardiffcityhall.com

How to get to Cardiff City Hall

• Turn right outside the station and walk up towards the Sleeperz Hotel and the Great Western Pub
• Turn left onto St Mary's Street and walk all the way to the top and you will be standing in front of Cardiff Castle
• Turn right and walk past Forbidden Planet and Burger King until you come onto Queen Street.  You will see City Hall to you left. 
• Walk towards Cathays Park and you have hit your location.
